Returns Policy

The 3EIR limited warranty is for a period of 2 years, from the date of purchase. Please only buy from an authorized reseller, or purchase from 3EIR directly.
Upon request you will be provided a return authorization number and a UPS return label. We will service your request as soon as we are able (typically within 24 hours, you will receive your shipping label) once your unit is received at our office, we will diagnose the issue and then replace or repair your system as quickly as possible (typically within 3 days).

If for any reason we cannot answer when you call, please do not get frustrated. We are tied up, or away from the office. Please leave a message; someone will return your call as quickly as we are able. We do call back


We work exclusively with UPS. Their consistency and reliability are the reasons why we chose UPS. All systems will be shipped free of charge and are insured through UPS Commercial insurance. Rest assured that your investment in 3EIR products are protected our door to your door. All shipments are sent signature required.
International shipments are FOB origin (Washington State USA). Please visit the international page (link) on our website for export options.
Export: The Export of this product without proper licensing is strictly prohibited and falls under ITAR per title 22, CFR, parts 120-130.

Returns Policy

You may return most vinyl products, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If returning night vision or thermal, please Contact Us, to see if item can be returned. Night Vision systems are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 5 business days.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there may be restrictions on some products specific to Law Enforcement & Military. We ship via USPS, and UPS. UPS Signature required is the default method of shipping. Shipping times are determined by the the type of service you choose, our default shipping method is UPS Ground Service, Signature Required.
