What I wasn’t expecting is such an amazing throw on the Illuminator; just WOW!

Thank you so much for an amazing product in what might well be the perfect form-factor.

I had an issue with my DIR-V I bought in October 2023. Earlier this year, I emailed for the engineers to take a look see at it. Within an hour, I had received an email, 3 missed calls and a text message to get ahold of me. I spoke with Dave for an extended period of time, and he sent me a prepaid return label that day after our call. I mailed it back and within a week or less, a new unit was shipped to me. I had to sign for it, which made me happy because it meant it was not going to be stolen off my porch by Shitavious and company.

I’ve literally never received such good service with the exception of Shield Arms and Diamonds Direct; not even from Wilson Combat, BMW or Land Rover.

Another illumination company whose product rhymes with “Check 15” wanted nearly $300 to even look at the unit I had, which had maybe 3 hours of run time on it, but was just a few days out of warranty when I noticed an issue. They then said the repairs would most likely run $750 or more. I told them “I might as well just put that $1,000 towards another unit from a competitor.”

Then I emailed Arisaka about a MAWL, and they recommended the DIR-V instead. They technically lost money recommending it, but I’m SO GLAD I listened to Will. It’s a great form factor, I can run an LPVO with it and get zero occlusion of the optical sight picture. It’s super light and very tough.

My experience with 3EIR was outstanding in every way, and speaking with Dave about a multitude of things was like talking to an older brother I trust.

3EIR claims “We put servicing our existing customer before new sales. You will always have a good experience working with Three Electrons Infrared.”

This is the absolute truth and I will be a customer for as long as I live. The products and service are absolutely awesome. Get their products and grow their business. You’ll get a better product for less, and as they grow, we’ll all benefit from new R&D and the awesome service that is second to none.
