Made in the USA, the Designate IR-V™ is the smallest and lightest, VSCEL illuminator/dual beam aiming
laser available. Built from synthetic nylon, this laser is designed to withstand recoil and will perform in
all weather conditions. The lasers small footprint allows the user to switch to iron sights effortlessly as the
lasers low footprint lies below the weapons line of sight. The Designate IR-V™ features one of the most
powerful VCSEL IR Illuminator lasers available to the commercial market. The Designate IR-V ™ is a Class 3R
laser device, emitting up to 130mw, of IR illumination. 3-degree beam provides a tight focused illumination
beam out to one thousand yards. Both the IR laser and the visible green laser are focused and bright
Attach the CQB Filter and the illuminator becomes a 40-degree FOV IR flood light. This filter is perfect for
indoor or outdoor applications out to 200 yards. The Designate IR-V “set-it, forget-it” zero allows the user
to zero the visible green laser once. Then, both laser sights are precisely co-witnessed for accuracy.
The user controls have been carefully engineered for minimal drag, reliability, and ease of use.
An optional “3EIR hot button” interlaces with the lasers primary fire button, providing easy activation for an
attached white light like the Surefire Scout Light Pro™
